Applications will be available from Wednesday, October 12, 2022 through Tuesday, November 15, 2022. Applications can
be submitted online or postmarked no later than Tuesday, November 15, 2022.

PUBLIC LOTTERY INFORMATIONAL SESSIONS:
After careful consideration and an abundance of caution, the City of Boston has decided to cancel the in-person application distribution period. DVM Consulting will be holding 2 virtual informational meetings on:

First Session: Monday, October 17, 2022 at 6:00PM to 7:30PM
Second Session: Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 12:30PM to 2:00PM
